If you’ve never made homemade bread before, I encourage you to give it a try. I chose to make this Sally Lunn bread for a few reasons: it was significantly less of a time commitment than most other recipes, there was no kneading involved so clean-up was much easier and the bread itself is more cake-like and tastes like a dessert.
