Cupcakes from Whole Foods- Chocolate and Salted Caramel

Because sometimes… you just have to. I brought some cupcakes from Whole Foods to a dinner party last weekend and couldn’t bear to part with the leftovers. In the days following, the meal where they seemed most appealing was breakfast. A hot cup of coffee and a light, fluffy cupcake was the sweetest way to start the day. Since my cupcake choice felt just a little too indulgent, I was inspired to find ways to make this sweet treat a little more well-rounded for breakfast 🙂

Something savory to break up the sweetness- an omelet cupcake

A side of fresh berries is the perfect compliment to any breakfast

And to wash everything down, no breakfast would be complete without a glass of orange juice

  1. I thought I was a connoisseur of all things cupcakes and even I have not seen a bacon cupcake or an omelet cupcake. But I will definitely be on the lookout for them now!
